I had my evaluation done today at work, and it reminded me of the need to evaluate myself in every area of my life, especially spiritually. God is very passionate about us being clean and pure when we come into His presence in prayer and worship, and He lays out some pretty strong words in Isa. 1:11-17 against people who come to Him without first evaluating their lives. “When you spread out your hands in prayer, I look the other way;”, If you are a worshiper who wants to be heard by the Lord then, “Wash! Cleanse yourselves! Remove your sinful deeds from My sight. Stop sinning! Learn to do what is right! Promote justice!” God says, do an evaluation of your life and clean up any areas that need to be cleansed! Confess and repent of your sins and He will be pleased and invite you into His presence.
