I’m officiating a wedding this weekend and we always say….”I Will”. You will be loving and loyal. But I thought to myself, aside from those givens, how would I fill in the blank after “I will………”? I will what?! Let’s challenge ourselves to fill in the blank! We can do something to show affection and affirmation and action. So I will do what to show affection this weekend? I will do what to show action (service) and affirmation. You might say, “I will compliment my wife repeatedly”! “I will show my husband affection by…….” I will power wash the deck or will get those plants my spouse wants! I will take her out on a date.
